(Authorship established while serving in an in-house creative leadership role)

Context

S&P Global commissioned an experiential environment designed to support institutional dialogue and high-level engagement.

Rather than relying on conventional corporate event language, the project was intentionally shaped by artistic reference and conceptual clarity—using space, proportion, and atmosphere to elevate the experience beyond typical brand environments.

The goal was to create a setting that felt thoughtful, composed, and culturally literate—appropriate to the seriousness and global reach of the organization.

Scope & Contribution

MODA led creative direction for the event while working directly within S&P Global, shaping the experience from concept through execution.

The work included:

  • Developing the overarching creative concept informed by contemporary art and spatial practice

  • Translating abstract ideas into a coherent physical environment

  • Designing spatial compositions that prioritized rhythm, balance, and focus

  • Using material, light, and form to support clarity rather than spectacle

  • Guiding the experiential narrative to align with institutional values and tone

Art was not treated as decoration, but as a structural influence—informing how space was organized and experienced.

Design Intent

The environment emphasized restraint, composition, and presence.

Rather than overwhelming the audience with information or branding, the design created space for reflection and conversation—allowing ideas to land with weight and intention.

The influence of art helped shift the experience from corporate to cultural.

Outcome

The event delivered a refined, focused environment that supported meaningful engagement while reinforcing S&P Global’s credibility and intellectual authority.

By grounding the experience in artistic influence and spatial discipline, the project demonstrated how institutional events can communicate confidence through clarity rather than excess.

Attribution

This project was developed while serving in an in-house creative leadership role at S&P Global. MODA’s role reflects creative authorship and experiential design leadership within that context.
