50 Broad Office & Studio
Client: Man Made Music
Role: Interior Architect
Location: New York
Year: 2015
The office was designed as a fully integrated environment, with architecture, layout, and furniture conceived as a cohesive system.
The studio was developed in close collaboration with the late Fran Manzella (FM Design) and constructed as a fully decoupled structure within the building—set on an independent concrete slab resting on neoprene isolators to achieve rigorous sound attenuation.
Located on the 20th floor in downtown Manhattan, the space was designed to function as a branded environment for a highly visible sonic branding agency—expressed through material restraint, proportion, and atmosphere rather than overt visual identity. The result balances acoustic precision with a durable, focused workplace built for sustained creative use.
